OTB, which stands for Out The Box, is a pop-up food concept created for hotel group, Hilton, to shake up the F&B scene and showcase food innovation within hotels and in-room dining.
Starting with burgers, then taking on Poke bowls and then an innovative take on Asian classics – serving attitude, craft and creativity, you won’t want to miss out on dining from one of these epic menus.
From vision to reality, we started off establishing OTB’s brand story, values and tone of voice. Translated into name generation and creative expression and what do you get? A bold, expressive, confident brand, full of attitude and energy. From menu design and packaging to bespoke stickers and social media comms, it’s not only the food that will grab your attention with OTB.
OTB Burgers was the first limited-edition menu to pop-up, with delicious craft burgers that include The Kim Chicken, The Steak Frites, The Butch Cassidy and its vegan burger The Carne Libre.
Next, OTB Poke specialises in the Hawaiian Poke Bowl, a healthy and tasty option that’s bursting with flavour and fresh ingredients. Options include the chicken satay Monkey Nut Bowl’, crispy beef ‘Buckaroo Bowl’, coconut tofu ‘Loco Coco Bowl’ and miso tuna ‘Get Hooked Bowl’.
And last but not least, OTB Asia puts a new spin on Asian classic dishes, focusing on the fresh ingredients to create dishes that really pack a punch. Dishes include the Yin Yang Chicken, Black Belt Beef, Tofu Tiger and and Pow Pow Prawn.
